If you do not receive your One-Time Password (OTP), please try the following steps:

First-Time Passcode Nomination:
- If you are nominating your passcode for the first time, please follow the instructions here: How to nominate new passcode?

Check Spam Messages (Android Users):
- If you are using an Android phone and have not received the OTP, check your SPAM, BLOCK or junk messages folder for OTPs from Go Rewards.

Turn on Airplane Mode (IOS Users)
- If you are using an IOS phone and have not received the OTP, kindly turn on "Airplane mode" in your device for a minute, then turn it off. Your missing OTPs should now appear in your inbox.

Verify Your Mobile Number:
- Ensure that the mobile number registered in your Go Rewards account is active and correct.

Check Internet Connection:
- Make sure your internet connection is stable to ensure the OTP request can be successfully processed.
- Retry-After 5 Minutes:

- If you still don't get an OTP, please wait another 5 minutes and try requesting the OTP again.
