The Go Rewards app is available to ensure a rewarding experience on-the-go. Should you, for any reason encounter this issue, this step should do the trick.
- Relaunch the app to refresh
- Uninstall and Re-install the mobile app and update to the latest version.
To make sure that it is not the device itself acting-up, try to use another and access your account as usual.
