Maxicare Rewards is the loyalty program of Maxicare Healthcare Corporation in partnership with Go Rewards.
2. How will I earn points?
Go Rewards points will be automatically awarded for every transaction in qualified Maxicare channels and services – just make sure that you have linked your Maxicare Rewards Code in your Go Rewards profile for this to happen.
3. Who can participate?
All active Maxicare members except for prepaid members (PRIMA, EReady and EReady Advance) are eligible to earn points as long as the Maxicare card is linked or merged to the Go Rewards app.
4. Can I earn Go Rewards points when availing Maxicare's services?
You will earn Go Rewards points when you avail of Maxicare services like completing a transaction at the Maxicare Primary Care Clinics, completing a transaction using the Maxicare Telemedicine 24/7 Teleconsult Voice call, or completing a transaction at the Maxicare Corporate Clinics.

5. How do I link my Maxicare account to my Go Rewards App?
Card linking is the process of linking an existing Go Rewards card/account to create a Go Rewards app account. With the new and improved Go Rewards App, you can now link your Maxicare Card to your Go Rewards app!
To link your Maxicare Card to Go Rewards app, please follow these steps:
a. Download the Go Rewards app on your mobile phone.
b. Open the Go Rewards App and select Link your Go Rewards / Robinsons / Maxicare Card
c. Enter your Maxicare card number or scan barcode (if available) and your date of birth
d. Click "Allow" for consent to share data with Maxicare
e. Enter your Last name and Date of Birth for account validation and click Validate
f. Update the required personal information and click Continue
g. Enter the 6-digit verification code received via your registered mobile number
h. Enter and confirm your password. Click Save Password when done.
i. The Go Rewards home page will be displayed after a successful card linking. You can now start using your Go Rewards app to access the latest features, offers, and benefits!
6. How to Merge my Maxicare Card to my Go Rewards App?
Do you have an existing Go Rewards app and want to merge your Maxicare Card? Don't worry! With the new and improved Go Rewards app, you can now merge your Maxicare Card with your Go Rewards App!
To merge your Maxicare Card to Go Rewards app, please follow these steps:
a. Select Merge Card in your Go Rewards Home page
b. Click Merge Card
c. Enter your Maxicare card number, agree to Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy then click Confirm
d. Click "Allow" for consent to share data with Maxicare
e. Enter the 6-digit verification code received via your registered mobile number
f. Once done, a Success page will be displayed
g. Your existing Go Rewards Account number in the Go Rewards app will be retained and your Maxicare card number will be displayed in Merge Card page
Members are allowed to merge up to five (5) Maxicare numbers to their Go Rewards app account provided that these Maxicare numbers belong to the same person (i.e., same name and birthdate registered in Maxicare and Go Rewards).
