This article will assist you on how to reset your passcode. You may do this either via the website or via the Go Rewards App.
Go Rewards Website
- Go to the login page.

Click on "Forgot Password?" link
- Enter the mobile number registered in your account
- A verification code will be sent to your mobile number. Enter it in the space provided.
- Set your new strong password and confirm.
- Log-in using your new credentials.
Go Rewards Mobile App
1. Open your Go Rewards app and click Login
2. Click Reset my Passcode, and enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
3. Nominate and confirm your new passcode.
4. Login using your new passcode.
5. Once successfully logged in, you will be redirected to your Go Rewards homepage.
