The Go Rewards membership number, or account number, is a unique identifier of a Go Rewards member. Each member that signed up gets a membership number. As proof of membership, they can present either the physical card or the QR code to any Go Rewards partner merchants to earn and redeem points.

Go Rewards Physical Loyalty Card
If you purchased a Go Rewards Loyalty Card, you will see your membership number on the front side:
Classic Card (Go Rewards and Robinsons Rewards)
Black Card (Go Rewards and Robinsons Rewards)
Go Rewards Payment Cards
GoTyme Debit Card - The membership number can be found at the back side, bottom left of the card, right below the barcode:
Go Rewards Debit Card - The membership number can be found at the front side, bottom left, and at the back, right below the barcode:
Go Rewards Credit Card (Platinum and Gold) - The membership number can be found at the back, right below the barcode:
For Cebu Pacific Credit Cardholders, you will receive an email welcoming you to the program and informing you of your virtual account and membership number. Make sure that the email address you have registered during the application is active.
NOTE:
If your loyalty card (Go Rewards Classic or Go Rewards Black Card) and/or payment card (Go Rewards Debit, Go Rewards Credit Card or Cebu Pacific Credit Card) is already linked to your Mobile App, you may refer to the Go Rewards Membership number displayed in your Mobile App.
Mobile App
The membership number in the Mobile App is shown on the Home Dashboard on the Card Image. A copy icon is right beside it so you won’t have to enter your whole 16-digits on any online transactions from our partners.
Website
The membership number can be seen as soon as you log-in to your account, under the My Account section. A copy icon is also available right beside it so you won’t have to enter the whole 16-digits if needed on any online transactions from our partners.
