It is possible that you have another Go Rewards account you are not aware of. That's okay, all you need to do is to link or merge them in the mobile app.

The schedule of points issuance varies per partner or promo. Make sure to visit the earn mechanics for each so you know when to expect them to be credited to your account. This is available on the Go Rewards website.
