Flying with Cebu Pacific allows you to earn Go Rewards points from the base fare and add-ons like the following :
- Seat
- Baggage
- Meals
- Sports Equipment
And the earn rates depend on the Go Rewards Card or Membership used:
*In case you have multiple card types merged into your account, the card type of the Go Rewards membership number entered will be used to compute your points earned.
Here are some reminders for you to earn Go Rewards points on Cebu Pacific flights:
- You can only earn points if you entered your own personal Go Rewards Membership/Card number in your flight bookings during:
- Initial booking via the Cebu Pacific website or app, or
- Web check-in online via the Cebu Pacific Website or app, or
- Contact Cebu Pacific Customer Care to add your Go Rewards number.
- Your Go Rewards account must be in"Active" status during and after your flight. You can verify your membership status through the Go Rewards App.
- Only the passenger of the flight can earn points. Ensure that the name on your flight booking matches the name in your Go Rewards account. Mismatch of names will result in no points being credited to your account.
- For group bookings, make sure to enter each respective passenger's unique Go Rewards Numbers to ensure everyone earns points individually.
- If you missed entering your Go Rewards number upon booking:
- You may still enter it for the last timeby doing an online check-in via the Cebu Pacific Website or App, or
- Contact Cebu Pacific Customer Care to add your Go Rewards number atleast 2 hours before flight departure.
- Please note that you can no longer earn points from any past flights where you failed to enter your Go Rewards Number.
- Go Rewards points will be credited to your Go Rewards Account within 7 days of flight departure. You will only earn points if your flight was boarded and flown.
- Points are earned based on the Go Rewards tier of the entered Go Rewards number in the booking:
- For example: If you are a Black Tier, but you entered your GoTyme Debit Card's Go Rewards number, you will earn points based on the Debit Tier rate (e.g., 1 point for every P40 spent).
The following on the other hand are bookings/transactions that will not earn points:
- Incentive/ Prize Ticket
- Chartered/ Freighter flights
- Travel Industry rebated travel
- Non-revenue tickets
- Certain Interline tickets
- Other travel with special provisions
- Aviation taxes, charges, Admin fees, customs, and immigration fees
- In-flight purchases
- Add-ons purchased over the counter/ Added to redemption booking
- Top-up payment paid during redemption booking (bookings made through Go Rewards app/website)
- No-show/canceled, refunded, or fraud bookings
- Other transactions not allowed by the Cebu Pacific
- Previously purchased flights when you fail to enter your Go Rewards Number (No Retro claim of points)
