You may request the cancellation or deletion of your membership at any time by reaching out to our Go Rewards Customer Care or by requesting the deletion of your account via the Go Rewards Mobile app.
Upon receipt of the request, the Go Rewards Customer Care team will process this and will notify you once account closure and deletion have been completed.
Please be informed that any unused Go Rewards points, unredeemed rewards, and benefits shall be immediately forfeited or canceled, and may not be reinstated or transferred.
