1. Will I still be able to use my existing points?
Yes. Any points you have already earned will remain valid and can still be redeemed according to the current Go Rewards Terms & Conditions.
2. When will the change take effect?
The change will take effect on April 13, 2026. After this date, points will no longer be earned from Maxicare services.
3. Which transactions or services are affected?
Points will no longer be earned from Maxicare healthcare services (consultations via PCC, Teleconsult, Corporate Clinics, RegisterMe Sign Up, Best Life Wellness).
4. Will consultations or services done before the cutoff still earn points?
Yes, all consultations and services availed prior to April 13, 2026 will still earn points.
5. Will delayed or pending transactions still be credited?
Yes, all pending transactions tied to confirmed PCC visits will be credited to the account.
6. Will there be a grace period before the change?
Yes. Members will be notified in advance, and a transition period will be provided to maximize remaining benefits.
7. Why is Maxicare removing points earning for services?
This change is part of program enhancements aimed at focusing on healthcare value and introducing new benefits for members.
8. Will there be replacement rewards or benefits being introduced?
While points earning for this program will be discontinued, members can still enjoy various perks and partner offers available in the Go Rewards website and app. We encourage everyone to check these channels regularly for the latest deals and rewards.
9. What happens if my points are missing from recent transactions?
You may still raise a concern with Go Rewards Customer Care at customercare@gorewards.com.ph. Our team will verify and credit eligible points earned before the effective date.

11. Do I still need to link my Maxicare account to the
Go Rewards app?
There is currently no need to link your Maxicare account to the Go Rewards app.

Yes, your Maxicare account will automatically be unlinked from Go Rewards starting April 13, 2026. However, members may continue to use their Go Rewards account to earn and redeem points through Go Rewards partner stores.
