To help keep your Go Rewards account secure and ensure a seamless rewards experience, we will soon be implementing temporary restrictions on accounts registered under the names “Auto Added” and “Promo Card.”
“Auto-Added” or “Promo Card” accounts refer to Go Rewards accounts created using default placeholder information, resulting in the registered first and last name appearing as “Auto Added” or “Promo Card” instead of the member’s actual name. This may occur due to system issues during registration at the point of sale, or when a card is issued as part of a promotional activity.
If the member does not subsequently update their account information, the account will continue to contain incomplete or unverified member details, making it difficult to confirm account ownership and maintain account security. Members should therefore update their account information with accurate and complete member details as soon as possible.
👉 What you need to do:
To ensure account security and uninterrupted access to your rewards, please take a moment to review and update your profile details to ensure that your Go Rewards account information is complete and up to date. You may do so through the following channels:

- Visit any Robinson Retail Partner Stores and inquire at their Customer Service Counters.
🗓 When will this take effect?
Starting JULY 22, 2026, "Auto-Added" or "Promo Card" accounts will be suspended until profile information is updated by the member and verified by Go Rewards.
