You may travel on any available travel date, as long as the booking is made within the promo period of April 5 to April 30, 2026.

3. Who is eligible to earn double Go Rewards points?
You are eligible to earn double points if all of the following conditions are met:
- The booking is made directly via the Cebu Pacific website or mobile app.
- The passenger earning the points is a Go Rewards member.
- The passenger’s MyCebuPacific and Go Rewards accounts are linked on the Cebu Pacific website and app.
- The Go Rewards membership number of the passenger is entered during initial booking.

III. Name Matching & Corrections
7. What if my passenger name is different from my Go Rewards name?
For boarding purposes, the passenger name in your booking MUST MATCH with your valid ID or passport.
If your Go Rewards name is different, you may:
a. Proceed with the correct passenger name for your flight, and
b. Request to update your Go Rewards account information through Go Rewards Member Care, subject to their validation process.
Please take note that passengers who don’t have a matching Passenger Name and Go Rewards account name upon initial booking WILL NOT EARN any Go Rewards points.
8. Can I still earn Go Rewards points if the names don’t match?
No. Go Rewards points will only be credited if the passenger name entered during booking and the Go Rewards account name and membership number match exactly, subject to Go Rewards validation.
9. What if I’m signing up for both MyCebuPacific and Go Rewards for the first time?
If you are creating new MyCebuPacific and Go Rewards accounts, make sure:
a. The same full name is used on both accounts.

12. Do I earn more Go Rewards points if I use a UnionBank Go Rewards credit card?
Yes. When you pay with your UnionBank Go Rewards or Cebu Pacific credit card, you can earn additional Go Rewards points based on your card’s earn rate.
These additional points are on top of the flight-earned Go Rewards points.
Card-earned points are credited separately by UnionBank, subject to Terms and Conditions.
However, please note that the additional points earned from using your UnionBank Go Rewards or Cebu Pacific credit card ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for the Double Go Rewards Points Promo.
13. If I forgot to enter my Go Rewards number during booking, can I still earn points?
Yes, but with limitations. If you forget to enter your Go Rewards membership number during the initial booking, you may still add it anytime before your flight’s departure. However, please note that the following will apply:
a. You will earn Go Rewards points at the base earning rate only.
b. You will NOT qualify for the Double Go Rewards Points promo.
The Double Points Promo applies only if the Go Rewards number was entered during initial booking.
V. Exclusions & Limitations
14. What bookings are not eligible for the Double Go Rewards Points promo?
The promo does not apply to:
a. Flights booked via travel agents or third-party platforms
b. Bookings paid fully or partially with Go Rewards points
c. Post-booking add-ons purchased after ticket issuance
d. Cancelled, refunded, forfeited, or no-show flights
e. Bookings using vouchers or gift certificates
15. Can I request Go Rewards points if I forgot to enter my Go Rewards number?
No. Retroactive crediting or manual correction is not allowed. Make sure your Go Rewards number is entered correctly during initial booking.
