1. How do I link my Go Rewards account to my MyCebuPacific Account?
1. Log in to your MyCebuPacific account. Go to the Account page and click/tap on Go Rewards.
2. Provide your consent to share your account information (Email Address, First Name, Last Name) with Go Rewards to start the linking. You may learn more about our Privacy Policy here.
3. If you already have Go Rewards membership (based on your registered email address with Cebu Pacific and Go Rewards), you will need to:
a. Authorize the linking by providing your 6-digit Passcode (this is the same Passcode you use to log in the Go Rewards mobile app and website)
b. If you do not yet have a Passcode, you will be prompted to set one.
4. If you don’t have Go Rewards membership (based on your registered email address with Cebu Pacific and Go Rewards), you may either:
a. Link your Go Rewards Card. You will be prompted to provide your Go Rewards Membership Number. This is a 16-digit series found on your Go Rewards Card, on your Go Rewards mobile app under My QR, or behind your GoTyme or UnionBank of the Philippines card. To proceed with this, note that:
- Your personal information (First Name and Last Name) in Cebu Pacific must fully match your Go Rewards information. This is to ensure the security of your account. If you need to update your contact information, you may request to do so through Go Rewards Member Care.
- You will be asked to provide additional information (Mobile Number and Date of Birth) to confirm ownership of your Go Rewards account.
b. Create a Go Rewards account. We will use your Cebu Pacific information (Email Address, First Name, Last Name). You will be prompted to provide additional information (Date of Birth and Mobile Number) to set up your membership.
5. Once successful, you will get confirmation that your account has already been linked. You will also receive confirmation in your registered email address.
6. When you return to the MyCebuPacific Account page, you will see that your Go Rewards account has already been linked. You will see your Go Rewards points balance in. Your MyCebuPacific account.
2. Why should I link my Go Rewards account to my MyCebuPacific Account?
By linking your Go Rewards account with your MyCebuPacific account, you can now redeem your Go Rewards points when booking a flight through the Cebu Pacific website or app.
3. What should I do if I encounter issues when linking my Go Rewards account to my MyCebu Pacific account?
If you encounter issues when linking your Go Rewards account with your MyCebuPacific account, you may reach out to the Go Rewards Customer Care by sending an email to customercare@gorewards.com.ph.
4. Will my Go Rewards Number be filled out in the Booking page once I have linked my Go Rewards account?
No. Even if your Go Rewards account is linked to your MyCebuPacific account, your Go Rewards number will not automatically be filled in for all passengers during booking.
Each passenger must manually enter their own personal Go Rewards membership number at the time of booking to earn points.
To successfully earn points:
- The Go Rewards number entered must belong to the passenger.
- The passenger name on the flight booking must exactly match the name registered in the Go Rewards account.
- Points cannot be credited to another person’s Go Rewards account.
- If you are redeeming Go Rewards points in the booking, you will not earn points from the flight.

5. Can I view my linked Go Rewards account on both the Cebu Pacific website and app?
Yes. You will see that your Go Rewards account has already been linked when you go to your MyCebuPacific account page.
6. Can I see my available Go Rewards points balance on the Cebu Pacific website and app?
Yes. You will see your Go Rewards points balance when you are linked.
Your full transaction history can be viewed through the Go Rewards website or mobile app.
