Once you have linked your Go Rewards account with your MyCebuPacific account, you can redeem or use your Go Rewards points as a payment when booking a flight. Just take note of the following:
- Your Go Rewards account linked in MyCebuPacific must be Active.
- You must have atleast 50 Go Rewards points in your account.
- You will not earn Go Rewards points from flights booked with Go Rewards points.
2. Can I use both Go Rewards points and other forms of payment for my bookings?
Yes, you may use a combination of Go Rewards points and other payment methods for your booking. You will be able to set how many Go Rewards points you would like to redeem.
3. Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes. Changes or cancellations are usually subject to additional fees. The Cebu Pacific Terms & Conditions apply.
4. Can I earn points when I book and use Go Rewards points through MyCebuPacific account?
No. Bookings that use Go Rewards points as payment, whether full redemption or partial redemption (points plus another form of payment), are not eligible to earn additional Go Rewards points. That includes any add-ons purchased within the same booking.
5. Can I use my points to book for other passengers even if I am not a passenger?
Yes. You may use your Go Rewards points to book flights for other passengers, even if you are not one of the travellers. Just ensure that your Go Rewards account is successfully linked to your MyCebuPacific account to proceed with the redemption.
