1. How do I redeem points for flights through MyCebuPacific account?
Once you have linked your Go Rewards account with your MyCebuPacific account, you can redeem your Go Rewards points when booking a flight.
- Your Go Rewards account must be Active.
- The Go Rewards member with the linked account must be part of the booking. If you are not included (i.e. you are only booking the flight for others), you will not be able to redeem your Go Rewards points.
- There is a minimum redemption amount of 50 Go Rewards points.
- Members will not earn Go Rewards points from flights booked with Go Rewards points.
2. Can I use both Go Rewards points and other forms of payment for my bookings?
Yes, you may use a combination of Go Rewards points and other payment methods for your booking. You will be able to set how many Go Rewards points you would like to redeem.
3. Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes. Changes or cancellations are usually subject to additional fees. The Cebu Pacific Terms & Conditions applies.
4. Can I earn points when I book and use Go Rewards points through MyCebuPacific account?
No. Bookings that use Go Rewards points as payment, whether full redemption or partial redemption (points plus another form of payment), are not eligible to earn additional Go Rewards points. That includes any add-ons, purchased within the same booking.
