GoTyme Debit cardholders are eligible for a Go Rewards Black Tier upgrade once they accumulate ₱100,000 in total spend at participating Go Rewards partner stores within a 12-month period.
Once qualified, you will receive a congratulatory email or SMS confirming your eligibility.
Ways to Upgrade to Black Tier
You can upgrade your membership in two ways:
1️⃣ Visit a Go Rewards Partner Store
If your GoTyme Debit Card is not yet linked to the Go Rewards app, you can upgrade by visiting any of the following partner stores:
Robinsons Supermarket
Easymart
The Marketplace
Shopwise
True Value
What to bring:
Proof of eligibility (email or SMS)
Valid government-issued ID
Your GoTyme Debit Card
Once issued, you will receive your physical Go Rewards Black Card.
Important: Make sure to merge your GoTyme Debit Card and your new Go Rewards Black Card in the Go Rewards app. This ensures all your points are consolidated into a single account.
2️⃣ Upgrade via the Go Rewards App
If your GoTyme Debit Card is linked to the Go Rewards app, your account will be automatically upgraded to Black Tier once your total qualified spend reaches ₱100,000.
You will notice:
A change in the interface to reflect your Black Tier status

A new Go Rewards number assigned to your account
Additional Notes:
Downloading and using the Go Rewards app is highly recommended to manage your accounts and consolidate all earned points.
The Go Rewards number printed at the back of your GoTyme Debit Card remains active, even after a Black Card upgrade.
If you wish to update the Go Rewards number printed on your GoTyme Debit Card, please contact GoTyme Customer Service. Note: this may involve a replacement fee.
Failure to merge your cards in the app will result in separate point earnings on each card.
