The Go Rewards Black Card is the advanced membership tier of the Go Rewards loyalty program. From a Classic Go Rewards membership, you can advance to the Black tier when you meet the minimum spend requirement.
To be eligible for the Go Rewards Black Card, you must be an active Go Rewards Classic Card member with a minimum spend of P100,000 (Philippine Pesos: One Hundred Thousand) across all Go Rewards partners for the last 12 consecutive calendar months.
After you’ve met the required minimum spend, you will be notified of your entitlement to a Go Rewards Black Card via the email or SMS you registered.
How to upgrade to Black Tier Membership?
If you have reached a total spend of Php100,000 within 12 months, you qualify for an upgrade to the Go Rewards Black Tier. You will be notified through email and/or SMS.
Ways to Upgrade:
You can upgrade your membership in two ways:
1️⃣ Via the Go Rewards Mobile App
For members with a virtual account or a membership card linked in the app, the upgrade is automatic.

Automatic Upgrade:
Once you reach Php100,000 in spending within 12 months, your account will be upgraded to the Black Tier automatically. - You will receive a virtual Black Card with a new membership number and QR code.

Important Note:
If you have a linked physical Classic Card, it will be set to Closed status, and your new Black Card number will be Active.
2️⃣ Via Partner Stores
For members without a virtual account or whose membership card is not linked to the mobile app, you can upgrade by visiting any of the following partner stores:

Please bring the following to the store:

- Proof of eligibility (Welcome Email or SMS)
- Valid ID
The cashier will process your Go Rewards Black Card upgrade. Once completed, you will be issued a new physical Black Card that you can start using right away.
Important Note:
Your Go Rewards Classic Card will be closed after the upgrade, and all accumulated points will be transferred to your new Black Card.
