So the team can assist you better, please provide the following details when submitting a ticket to our Customer Care Team:
- Card Number
- Full Name (Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial)
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- timestamp when the error is encountered
- screenshot of the error if available
