- Write us a message and click the send button.
- You will receive a confirmation that the message has been sent.

Go Rewards Website
1. Visit the Go Rewards website then click on the "Help" icon on the lower-right part of the website. (login is optional if you want to contact us via website)
2. Type any help topic/ keyword you want to know or need assistance with. If you did not find the information you are looking for, click on "Leave us a message"
3. Choose the correct form:.

4. Fill out the needed information. Click "Send", once completed.
5. A "Thank you" message will be shown.
6. You will also receive an email response that contains the ticket number which will serve as your reference number.
