1. What happened to the GetGo co-brand cards?
Due to the integration of GetGo into the Go Rewards Program, the following GetGo co-brand cards have been rebranded as follows:

2. How will my GetGo points be migrated to Go Rewards?
Your GetGo Points will be converted either to Go Rewards Points or Travel Fund based on the guidelines below:
Points Issuance Period | New Currency/Account |
Points earned before January 1, 2020 | Cebu Pacific Travel Fund at PHP0.30 per GetGo point |
Points earned from January 1, 2020 onwards | Go Rewards account 0.30 Go Rewards Points per GetGo point |
For you to be able to access your Travel Fund, please ensure that you have successfully updated your MyCebuPacific Account by visiting the Cebu Pacific Website.
To convert the GetGo points you earned from January 1, 2020 onwards to Go Rewards points, you must link your GetGo Account to your Go Rewards Account using the app on or before September 9, 2022. For a step-by-step guide on how to link or merge your accounts, please click here.
3. Do I need to re-card my GetGo Prepaid Card /GetGo Prepaid Virtual/ GetGo Debit Card/ GetGo Gold Credit Card/ GetGo Platinum Credit Card to the new Go Rewards Prepaid Card/Go Rewards Prepaid Virtual/ Go Rewards Debit Card/Cebu Pacific Gold Credit Card/ Cebu Pacific Platinum Credit Card?
You may continue to use your current GetGo Prepaid Card /GetGo Prepaid Virtual GetGo Debit Card/ GetGo Gold Credit Card/ GetGo Platinum Credit Card until the card’s expiration. Downloading the Go Rewards App and Linking your 16 digit Go Rewards number lets you keep track of your earned points. You can enjoy these by redeeming rewards in Cebu Pacific and in over 2,000 Robinsons Retail Brands and Partners.
4. What will happen to my GetGo Prepaid Card /GetGo Prepaid Virtual/ GetGo Debit Card/ GetGo Gold Credit Card/ GetGo Platinum Credit Card after September 9, 2022?
After September 9, 2022, card linking or merging using your Go Rewards App will be disabled but points earning will still continue when you use your GetGo Prepaid Card/ GetGo Prepaid Virtual/ GetGo Debit Card/ GetGo Gold Credit card/ GetGo Platinum Credit Card.
For seamless transactions, please contact Go Rewards Customer Care Team by clicking this link to proceed with Card linking/merging. Downloading the Go Rewards App and linking your 16 digit Go Rewards number lets you keep track of your earned points. You can enjoy these by redeeming rewards in Cebu Pacific and in over 2,000 Robinsons Retail Brands and Partners.
5. What will happen to my existing GetGo points earned using my GetGo Prepaid Card/ GetGo Prepaid Virtual/ GetGo Debit Card/ GetGo Gold Credit Card/ GetGo Platinum Credit Card after September 9, 2022?
Your points earned via GetGo Prepaid Card /GetGo Prepaid Virtual /GetGo Debit Card/ GetGo Gold Credit Card/ GetGo Platinum Credit Card will still be active.

6. Can I still earn points using my GetGo Prepaid Card/ GetGo Prepaid Virtual/ GetGo Debit Card/ GetGo Gold Credit Card/ GetGo Platinum Credit Card after September 9, 2022?
If you have not yet linked your GetGo Prepaid Card/ GetGo Prepaid Virtual/ GetGo Debit Card/ GetGo Gold Credit Card/ GetGo Platinum Credit Cardto the Go Rewards App by September 9, 2022, you can still earn points when booking a Cebu Pacific flight or doing purchase transactions.
For you to view your points on the Go Rewards app and use them for redemption, please contact Go Rewards Customer Care Team by clicking this link to proceed with card linking/merging.
If you are done with the linking of your GetGo Prepaid Card/ GetGo Prepaid Virtual/ GetGo Debit Card/ GetGo Gold Credit Card/ GetGo Platinum Credit Cardto the Go Rewards App after September 9, 2022, you can now enjoy seamless transaction for points redemption and viewing.
7. Can I still use my GetGo account number (10-digit) in any online transactions and earn points after September 9, 2022?
You will no longer be able to earn points when using your GetGo account number (10-digit) in any online transactions. Please use your Go Rewards number (16-digit) found in the homepage of your Go Rewards App or in the official email sent by Unionbank.
8. What if I am not able to link or merge my GetGo Prepaid Card/ GetGo Prepaid Virtual/ GetGo Debit Card/ GetGo Gold Credit Card/ GetGo Platinum Credit Card using the Go Rewards App on or before September 9, 2022?
If you are not able link your GetGo Prepaid Card/ GetGo Prepaid Virtual/GetGo Debit Card/ GetGo Gold Credit Card/ GetGo Platinum Credit Card on or before September 9, 2022, you can do so by reaching out to our Go Rewards Customer Care team and submitting a ticket through this link.
