Your Go Rewards account will be closed and any unused Go Rewards points will be forfeited if you will not conduct at least one (1) of the following activities within a period of thirty-six (36) consecutive months:
- Successful log-in to your Go Rewards account through the Go Rewards app and/or website.
- Successful earning of Go Rewards points.
- Successful redemption of Go Rewards points.
- Successful redemption of a coupon.
For the avoidance of doubt, the closure of your account shall be implemented on the third (3rd) anniversary of your first day of inactivity.
For example, if your last day of activity is January 5, 2017, the first day of inactivity will be January 6, 2017, and closure will be implemented on January 6, 2020.
