What do I do if I lost/damaged my Go Rewards Black Card?

  1. Just proceed to any Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Easymart, Shopwise, The Marketplace, and True Value stores nationwide and inform the cashier that you lost/damaged your Go Rewards Black Card.
  2. Submit a copy of your valid ID; and physical Go Rewards card (for damaged cards) or affidavit of loss (for lost cards).
  3. A minimal fee of Php 100.00 must be paid for card replacement.
  4. You will be given a new card and expect that points from your old card will be transferred within 7 working days. You may link your physical card to your Go Rewards mobile app. For the step-by-step process, you may refer here on How to link your card to the Go Rewards mobile app.
