My card/mobile device (for virtual account) was damaged or lost, what should I do?

You must immediately inform Go Rewards Customer Care in case of any loss of or damage to the membership card or mobile device (for virtual account).

Any usage (earn/redeem) from the lost account prior to notifying Go Rewards Customer Care shall be for the account of the member. Data Analytics Venture Incorporated shall not be held liable for any points lost or redeemed as a result of the lost or damaged card.
