1. What is Go Rewards Send Points?
The Send Points feature of the Go Rewards app gives members the ability to send their Go Rewards points to other registered Go Rewards mobile app users using the mobile phone or Go Rewards number.
2. How can I use the Send Points feature of Go Rewards?
To be able to send Go Rewards points, you need to be an active Go Rewards member. Accounts that are inactive shall not be allowed to send points. Once you enter your 6-digit MPIN and the transaction is confirmed, the number of points you sent will be deducted from your account. After a confirmed Send Points transaction, wait 5 minutes before making a new transaction.
3. Is there a limit with the number of points I can send?
The minimum amount you can send Go Rewards points is 0.01 points while the maximum points to send out per day per member is capped at . No minimum transaction counts. This cap for max amount of sent Go Rewards points is refreshed every day.
4. How can I start receiving Go Rewards points?
You can start receiving points as long as your registered Mobile number in Go Rewards has an active account status. Inactive accounts shall not be allowed to receive points.
5. Is the QR code for sending and receiving points the same as the QR code for earning and redemption of points?
These two QR codes should not be interchanged because the QR Code value for Send Points is your app registered mobile number, while the QR Code for points earning and redemption makes use of your Go Rewards account details in partner stores.

10. What do I do if a “Transaction Failed” error message pops up?
a. If the “Transaction Failed - Maximum limit of Send points is reached” error message is encountered, you may resume sending points the next day once maximum sending point limit is reached
b. If the “Transaction Failed - An Unknown error has occurred” message pops up, we return the point deduction to your account error message is encountered, this is an error when sending or receiving Go Rewards points. To solve this, you may retry your transaction. If problem persists, take a screenshot of the transaction and raise a ticket for your concern so that our Customer Care team can assist you.
c. If the “Transaction Failed Insufficient Points Balance” error message is encountered, this is an error when number of points entered is lower than the points available on your account. To solve this, you may review your transaction, enter the Go Rewards points within the range of the number of Go Rewards point in your account and try again.
11. What happens if I incorrectly entered my MPIN?
An Incorrect MPIN error message will be displayed. You may retry entering password or you may opt to click the forget . Incorrect MPIN has 5 attempts only. PIN will be locked after 5 incorrect attempts. You can wait for 1 hour to be unlocked or do forgot pin to reset.
