Starting July 26, 2021, The GetGo program will be integrated to Go Rewards.
To ensure that your membership account and points are transitioned into your new Go Rewards account, please merge or link by October 15, 2021.
What happens if I did not cancel my GetGo membership before July 26, 2021?
All points from active GetGo accounts will be converted to Cebu Pacific Travel fund and/or Go Rewards points.
For those with points earned before January 1, 2020, you need to update your profile on or before October 15, 2021 so you do not forfeit the points intended for crediting to your Cebu Pacific travel fund. You may contact Cebu Pacific Customer Care to assist you on how to use your Cebu Pacific Travel Fund.
For points earned from January 1, 2020 and onwards, you will need to activate your Go Rewards account and use your points to redeem a Cebu Pacific flight (through the Go Rewards Website or Mobile App) or to purchase an item at any Robinsons Retail store.
Once you have used all your points, you may contact our Go Rewards Customer Care team to close your account.
