Your Go Rewards membership and points will only expire if you are inactive within a set amount of period thirty-six (36) consecutive months or three (3) years. This means that your Go Rewards account will be closed and any unused Go Rewards points will be forfeited.
To avoid your membership and points to expire, you must conduct at least one (1) of the following activities within the set period:
- Successful log-in to your Go Rewards account through the Go Rewards app and/or
website - Successful earning of Go Rewards points
- Successful redemption of Go Rewards points
- Successful redemption of a coupon
For the avoidance of doubt, closure of your account shall be implemented on the third anniversary of the member’s first day of inactivity.
For example, if your last day of activity was on January 5, 2017, the first day of inactivity will be on January 6, 2017 and closure will be implemented on January 6, 2020 (after 3 years).
You will be duly notified of the closure of your membership account via the email and/or mobile number he/she registered with Go Rewards. All member personal data will be deleted after one (1) year from the date of account closure.
