Merge or Link your GetGo membership account into Go Rewards
As an existing and active GetGo account holder, you can activate your Go Rewards account starting July 26, 2021. Please select the scenario below that matches your GetGo and Go Rewards status and follow the instructions.
A. I am a GetGo member and I want to join Go Rewards. What should I do?
Starting July 26, you may activate your Go Rewards account by doing the following:
- Card Linking: For new Go Rewards mobile app users.
- Card Merging: For existing Go Rewards mobile app users.
After linking/merging, your GetGo number will be deactivated and you will be provided with a Go Rewards number that will serve as your new membership account.
GetGo members that activated their Go Rewards account via the mobile app will be issued a virtual account. To get a Go Rewards physical card, you may visit any Robinsons Retail partners to purchase one for PHP100.
B. I have a GetGo card and I want to join Go Rewards while still having a physical card. What should I do?
Starting July 26, you may activate your Go Rewards account by presenting your GetGo membership card along with any valid ID at any participating Robinsons Retail stores and exchanging it for the Go Rewards Classic card.
C. I am a GetGo member and already have an existing Go Rewards account. Can I retain the same Go Rewards number?
You may retain your Go Rewards number by merging your GetGo account via the Go Rewards Mobile App. For the step-by-step process on how to merge, you may refer to this link.
D. I have multiple GetGo accounts and I want to merge all of them to my Go Rewards account. What should I do?
If you have multiple GetGo accounts, you may merge all these accounts using your Go Rewards mobile app. After merging, your GetGo number will be deactivated and your Go Rewards number will be your new membership account.
E. I am a CEB GetGo Visa Cardholder (Credit, Debit, Prepaid). What will happen to my GetGo account and card?
Once you activate your Go Rewards account, you will be issued a new Go Rewards number. You can, however, continue using your CEB GetGo Visa Cards to pay for your Visa/Bancnet transactions until your CEB GetGo Visa Cards expire. The points issued to you when you use these cards until July 25, 2021 are still GetGo points. Starting July 26, 2021, when you use these cards you will start earning Go Rewards points.
