The Go Rewards app is available to make sure that you get a rewarding experience on-the-go.
Should you, for any reason, encounter issues, these very easy steps should do the trick!
- Exit the application, refresh your network connection, and access the mobile app again.
- Log-out and Log-in to your account.
- Update the Go Rewards App to the latest version.
- Uninstall and Re-install the Go Rewards app.
To make sure that it is not the device itself acting-up, try to use another and access your account as usual.
If the issue persists, do not hesitate to contact Go Rewards Customer Care and include the following information:
- Model of the Device Used (Example: Samsung A311)
- Type of OS (Android/IOS)
- Error Message encountered.
- Screenshot of the Error.
- Date and Time of transaction
