Cardholders whose account linked to the card is still registered as "Auto-Added" may update their profile by doing any of the following:
- For new mobile app users, they can update their profile by linking their account using the partner promo.
- For existing mobile app users, you will need to contact the Go Rewards Customer Care team to manually update your account.
