How to activate my account from Promo Partner?

If you were able to avail a loyalty card from any of our promotions from Go Rewards Partners or if your account is still registered as "AUTO ADDED" or "PROMO CARD", you may activate your membership by linking your card in the mobile app and update your profile.

 

For easy linking, you need to do the following:

    1. Once you have downloaded and installed the Go Rewards app, tap on “Register” 
    2. Select the “Link Card” button to proceed. 
    3. Input the 16-digit card number. 
    4. On the Member Information page, update your profile. 
    5. On the Promo Partner drop-down list, choose the name of the promo where you got your membership card.

    6. Review and agree to the Privacy Policy, Subscription, Terms and Conditions.

    7. Enter the verification code. 
    8. When OTP is valid, Set Password screen will display.  
    9. Enter your password and saved.

    10. A waiting page will be displayed while your account is being created.

    11. Once your account is created, you have the option to verify your Email address immediately. - - Click on “Send Now” to have the verification code sent to the Email Address registered in your account.

    12. Enter verification code received via email. 

Once the verification code is received, you may now start enjoying the full perks of Go Rewards, from points earning to points redemption and many more.
