With the new and improved Go Rewards app, you can now easily update your profile information. This article will guide you through the steps.

 

Details you can update in the Go Rewards App

1. Name

2. Date of Birth

3. Gender

4. Civil Status

5. Address

6. Home Phone Number

7. Alternate Mobile Number

8. Linked/Register Mobile number

9. Linked/Registered Email Address

10. Subscription Status

11. Maxicare Rewards Code

 

How to update your Profile

Follow these steps to update your profile:

  1. Log in to your Go Rewards app.
    • If you are an existing Go Rewards App user, log in to your app.
    • If you are not yet a Go Rewards App user, download the app and sign up. 
  2. Once logged in, from the Go Rewards homepage, tap the "Account" tab found in the bottom right.
  3. Click "Member Profile".
  4. Update your details:
    • You can edit the information under:
      • Personal Details
      • Additional Information
      • Interests & Preferred Deals
  5. Save your changes before exiting.
