1. Gender
2. Civil Status
3. Address
4. Home Phone Number
5. Alternate Mobile Number
6. Linked/Register Mobile number
7. Subscription Status
8. Maxicare Rewards Code
For the following, you will need the assistance of our Go Rewards Customer Care team so that you can update your profile:
1. Linked/Registered Email address
2. Account holder's Name
3. Date of Birth
Please provide your valid ID so that our team can proceed with updating your information.
To change the details, you may visit our Go Rewards website or use your Go Rewards App.
Go Rewards Website
- Login to your account.
- On the Left navigation panel, Click on "Profile".
- Click on the drop-down in each section and enter the information asked.
Go Rewards Mobile App
- Once logged-in, tap on the Account icon located at the navigation panel at the bottom part of the app.
- Tap on "Member Profile"
- On the upper-right hand corner, tap on the Edit icon.
- Enter the information asked
- Scroll down and tap, "Save".
