Changing your registered Mobile Number is now easy with the new and improved Go Rewards App!
You may change your registered Mobile Numbers whether you are logged in to the account or logged out of the account by following these steps.
While logged out of my Go Rewards App
1. Click Change Mobile Number
2. Enter your old Mobile Number and click Next
3. Select the preferred verification method to continue or select Cancel to go back to the Login page
4. Enter the required details for the selected verification method:
a. For MPIN Verification
Enter 6-digits Go Rewards MPIN set to your account or select another verification option if there is no Go Rewards MPIN set to your account then select Continue
b. For Email Verification
Enter the verification code received via verified email or verify your email if not yet verified
c. For Verify through Password
Enter the password sent to your account or select another verification option if there is no password set to your account
5. Enter your new Mobile Number
6. Enter the verification code received via the new mobile number
7. Success page to be displayed
8. You can now login to your account using the new mobile number
While logged in my Go Rewards App
1. Go to Settings, then select Account Security and click Change Mobile Number
2. Enter your old Mobile Number and click Next
3. Select your preferred verification method to continue or select Cancel to go back to the Account Security page
4. Enter the required details for the selected verification method:
a. For MPIN Verification
Enter 6 digits Go Rewards MPIN set to your account or select another verification option if there is no Go Rewards MPIN set to your account
b. For Email Verification
Enter the verification code received via verified email or verify your email if not yet verified
c. For Verify through Password
Enter the password set to your account or select another verification option if there is no password set to your account
5. Enter your new Mobile Number
6. Enter the verification code received via your new Mobile Number
7. Success page to be displayed
8. You can now login to your account using the new mobile number
Note:
Please be reminded that you will not be able to proceed with the self-service Change Mobile number if your account is not yet verified. To verify your account, please click this link to guide you on how to verify your account.
The old number to be used for the change of mobile number should have an existing Go Rewards mobile app account.
The new mobile number to be used for the change of mobile number should NOT have an existing Go Rewards mobile app account.
