Before converting to Go Rewards points, know first the type of Reward points your earn while using your BPI Credit Cards.

iv. Go Rewards membership number
v. Cardholder name as registered in Go Rewards

1C. Visiting any BPI branch near you, or contact your Branch Manager or Relationship Manager.

2. Provide all needed information by the BPI Team.
3. Check your redeemed Go Rewards points if successfully credited by logging into your account at https://www.gorewards.com.ph/ or checking your Go Rewards mobile app.
Some reminders on BPI Real Thrills Rewards Points Conversion to Go Rewards Points:
1. Conversion is subject to the following minimum values:
8,000 Real Thrills Rewards Regular points = 1,000 Go Rewards Points
Note: Conversion of points can only proceed in multiples of 8,000 for Real Thrills Rewards Regular points
2,500 Real Thrills Rewards Premium points = 1,000 Go Rewards Points
Note: Conversion of points can only proceed in multiples of 2,500 for Real Thrills Rewards Premium points
2. The program is open to all BPI Cardholders with any of the following Credit Card
- BPI Blue Mastercard
- BPI Gold Mastercard
- BPI Edge Mastercard
- BPI eCredit Mastercard
- BPI Visa Signature
- BPI Platinum Rewards Mastercard
3. Once a valid conversion of Go Rewards has been made, it cannot be canceled, revoked, changed, or converted back to BankCom Rewards Plus.
